RetinaPad aduce grafica Retina Display in 2x mode pe iPad

RetinaPad este un tweak disponibil in Cydia cu ajutorul caruia puteti vizualiza pe iPad in 2x compatibility mode aplicatiile compatibile cu Retina Display. Pentru cei care nu stiu 2x compatibility mode permite posesorilor de tablete iPad sa ruleze aplicatii pentru iPhone/iPod Touch. Din pacate aceasta functionalitate ne permite sa vizualizam aplicatiile in fullscreen mode pe iPad insa grafica este pixelata datorita faptului ca tableta iPad are o rezolutie mult mai mare decat un iPhone normal dar chiar si decat un iPhone 4 cu Retina Display.

RetinaPad rezolva aceasta problema pentru aplicatiile compatibile cu Retina Display, adica ne permite sa le vizualizam pe iPad in 2x compatibility mode fara a avea grafica pixelata. Tweak-ul este produs de Ryan Petrich, cel care a dezvoltat si ProSwitcher, si este o modalitate foarte buna de a rula multe aplicatii care in mod normal s-ar vedea destul de prost pe iPad.

RetinaPad, a new Cydia tweak by Ryan Petrich, fixes this problem, and it works great with basically any app or game that’s got Retina graphics. Once installed, you’ll have to choose the iPhone apps that you’d like to run with the new 2x mode. Fire up the app, tap on 2x and you’ll notice that the iPad will display clean graphics without pixelation. If the iPhone app has been updated for the Retina Display, it most likely works with RetinaPad out of the box. It’s really neat.
