Saptamana trecuta Angry Birds Space a fost oficial lansat in App Store/Mac App Store, Google Play si in doar trei zile aplicatia a fost descarcata de nu mai putin de 10 milioane de ori. Cei de la Rovio nu specifica platformele pe care s-au facut aceste descarcari deci presupun ca nu este vorba doar despre platforma iOS insa cifra este oricum foarte mare. Aceasta noua versiune a jocului este cu siguranta una dintre cele mai interesante lansate vreodata de catre Rovio pentru ca schimba modul de joc si asta a fost unul dintre principalele motive ale numarului mare de descarcari.
Pe iOS Angry Birds Space este disponibil in doua versiuni, una pentru iPhone si alta pentru tableta iPad.
