Chinezii sunt dispusi sa isi vanda organele si virginitatea pentru iDevice-uri iar recent 5 persoane au fost arestate dupa ce un copil si-a vandut un rinichi pentru a cumpara un terminal iPhone si o tableta iPad produse de catre compania Foxconn. Printre persoanele anchetate se afla si un chirurg care a transplantat organul iar operatiunea a avut loc acum un an de zile intr-o regiune a Chinei. Cele 5 persoane au primit 35.000$ pentru a facilita transplantul rinichiului insa baiatul de 17 ani, al carui rinichi a fost vandut, a primit doar 3.500$ pentru a isi cumpara o tableta iPad si un terminal iPhone.
BEIJING (Reuters) – Five people in southern China have been charged with intentional injury in the case of a Chinese teenager who sold a kidney so he could buy an iPhone and an iPad, the government-run Xinhua News Agency said on Friday. The five included a surgeon who removed a kidney from a 17-year-old boy in April last year. The boy, identified only by his surname Wang, now suffers from renal deficiency, Xinhua quoted prosecutors in Chenzhou city, Hunan province as saying. According to the Xinhua account, one of the defendants received about 220,000 yuan (about $35,000) to arrange the transplant. He paid Wang 22,000 yuan and split the rest with the surgeon, the three other defendants and other medical staff.
Partea cea mai proasta este ca baiatul care si-a vandut rinichiul sufera acum de insuficienta renala deci decizia sa il va urmari toata viata si ii va cauza probleme de sanatate pe care probabil tot cu un transplant le-ar putea rezolva. In China asemenea gesturi nu sunt neobisnuite insa rareori sunt aduse in fata justitiei persoanele care conving oamenii sa isi vanda organele pe sume de nimic.
