MultiStorey este un tweak lansat in cursul acestei nopti in Cydia, iar cu ajutorul sau putem dubla spatiul in care sunt afisate aplicatiile si optiunile de controlare a iDevice-urilor noastre prin task switcher-ul din iOS. Practic instalarea tweak-ului va adauga un al doilea rand in task switcher-ul din iOS, iar in acel al doilea rand avetia fisate fie aplicatii, fie setarile care in mod normal erau disponibile in pagini diferite ale task switcher-ului. Tweak-ul nu dubleaza doar spatiul din task switcher ci adauga si optiunea de schimba functionalitatea sliderului cu ajutorul caruia modificati volumul din iOS.

Adding extra real-estate to the app-switcher in the form of another row of icons, switching apps becomes far easier and faster with a lot less scrolling involved. MultiStorey also unifies the use of the app-switcher between devices as there is now simply one page to the left, the ‘auxiliary’ page, whether iPhone, iPod or iPad. On iPhone/iPod the slider located in that page can be easily toggled between volume and brightness by tapping the slider glyph.
Making smart use of the newly available space without overdoing it, it also made sense to add an artist label above the currently playing track. Soon enough, you’ll realise how cramped the original app-switcher felt!
