Grand Thef Auto 3 este versiunea pentru iDevice-uri a titlului cu acelasi nume, creatorii de la RockStar Games luand decizia de a porta si lansa in App Store celebrul titlu la sfarsitul anului 2011. In cursul acestei zile jocul a fost actualizat, el fiind acum in totalitate compatibil cu ecranul de 4 inch al iPhone 5, insa permitand totodata utilizatorilor sa salveze progresul in joc prin intermediul iCloud si sa reia jocul pe oricare alt terminal in eventualitatea unui restore sau a schimbarii terminalelor.
