Daca v-ati intrebat vreodata ce fel de campuri electromagnetice sunt generate de catre un MacBook in timpul utilizarii, ei bine acum aveti un raspuns in clipul video de mai sus. Doi designeri ai unei universitati din Copenhaga au generat clipul video de mai sus folosind un terminal Android ca scanner pentru vizualizarea campurilor electromagnetice si un software pentru a suprapune acele imagini peste inregistrarea facuta unui MacBook. Rezultatul final este interesant si trebuie sa va ganditi ca acelasi lucru se intampla in jurul oricarui laptop, intr-o mai mare sau mai mica masura.
We chose to make Electromagnetic Fields (EMFs) that surround us visible. EMFs are particularly strong around devices with electrical and magnetic parts. Using long exposure photography and stop-frame animation we tried to ‘light-paint’ the EMF around objects like our laptops and an old tape-deck. Through a series of experiments in photographic and lighting techniques followed by hacking up an Android phone to act as an EMF indicator and then coding our own app in Processing we were able to visualise how these fields change over objects.
