Aplicatia prin care McDonalds incurajeaza viitorii angajati sa aplice la job-uri este un fenomen social media.

Snapchat este acum folosita de McDonalds pentru recrutarea viitorilor angajati, asta potrivit unui raport Austratia McDonalds. Acestia au facut “echipa” cu aplicatia pentru modernizarea modului in care angajatii aplica pentru locurile de munca.

Practic au conceput un filtru special pentru acest proces. Acest lucru permite angajatilor care aspira la un job sa incerce faimoasa uniforma si sa se vizualizeze in rolul unui angajat McDonalds.
Cei care aplica vor trebui, de asemenea, sa se filmeze 10 secunde cu Snapchat , folosing acel filtru, video care va face parte din aplicarea la job. Clip-ul nu inlocuieste interviul fata in fata, ci doar face parte din el.


O data primite solicitarile, acestia vor fi apoi redirectionati catre site, spre sectiunea cariere unde pot descarca un formular de cerere de angajare.
