iOS 13 rezolva o problema de a carei existenta nici nu stiai, compania Apple dorind totusi sa le ofere clientilor cea mai buna experienta posibila pentru folosirea produselor sale. Mai exact, pentru FaceTime cei de la Apple au implementat in iOS 13 o schimbare menita sa rezolve problema modului in care suntem inregistrati cand folosim FaceTime.
iOS 13 are modificat modul in care ne afiseaza privirea cand facem apeluri FaceTime, astfel ca atunci cand ne uitam la ecran, cei care ne vad cred ca de fapt ne uitam la camera. In versiunile anterioare ale iOS, atunci cand ne uitam la ecran, privirea este indreptata spre o cu totul alta zona separata de camera, asa cum e si normal, de altfel.
iOS 13 corecteaza acest lucru, si aduce putina falsitate in apelurile FaceTime, astfel ca atunci cand ne uitam la ecran, oamenii cred ca ne uitam de fapt la ei. Ideea in sine este buna, chiar daca iOS 13 falsifica putin privirea noastra, dar multi utilizatori s-au plans de asta.
“Normally, video calls tend to make it look like both participants are peering off to one side or the other, since they’re looking at the person on their display, rather than directly into the front-facing camera. However, the new “FaceTime Attention Correction” feature appears to use some kind of image manipulation to correct this, and results in realistic-looking fake eye contact between the FaceTime users.”
