HomeBand este un tweak lansat in cursul acestei seri in Cydia, iar el aduce pentru posesorii de iDevice-uri posibilitatea de a potenta functionalitatea aplicatiei Garageband dezvoltata de catre Apple. Cu ajutorul acestui tweak, oricine poate folosi aplicatia ca si tastatura MIDI daca are o tableta iPad sau un iPhone, insa pentru ca totul sa functioneze corect este nevoie si de echipament hardware care trebuie conectat la tableta. Ideea este de a oferi muzicienilor posibilitatea de a folosi Garageband pentru task-uri care in mod normal nu ar fi posibile si cred ca multi se vor bucura de functionalitatea sa.
iOS5.1+ iPhone/iPad. (Requires Latest version of GarageBand from AppStore). Use GarageBand for iOS as a MIDI keyboard and take advantage of its cool features, including various kinds of virtual instruments and perfect velocity sensitivity. Although this tweak can’t be on a par with those advanced MIDI keyboards, it is best for music amateurs who can’t afford a real MIDI keyboard or whoever need a most portable MIDI keyboard.
