Atunci principalul motiv pentru numarul ridicat de cereri pentru garantie era faptul ca terminalul iPhone 4 este mult mai fragil decat iPhone 3GS si e susceptibil a se strica mai usor in cazul unui accident.
Astazi aceeasi companie a facut un nou studiu in care ne spune ca terminalul iPhone 4 este cel mai fiabil smartphone daca e sa vorbim despre stricaciuni care nu au legatura cu accidentele. Practic daca nu “abuzam” de un iPhone 4 atunci acesta are cele mai mari sanse de a functiona pe o perioada indelungata de timp fara sa se strice de la sine. Pentru acest studiu compania a folosit date adunate de la cereri de garantie pentru peste 50.000 si a prezis ca in decursul unui an de zile terminalul iPhone 4 are cele mai mic sanse sa se strice de la sine. Totusi daca vorbim despre stricaciuni cauzate de accidente atunci iPhone 4 este in continuare cel mai fragil smartphone.
