Raiffeisen Bank says that most services are currently operational, but there are planned maintenance intervals for certain products and trading channels.
Starting on January 24, 2025, 23:00, and until January 25, 2025, 05:00, Raiffeisen Bank will perform maintenance on a series of services that target debit card transactions at POS, online debit card payments and cash withdrawals from ATMs or multifunction machines (MFMs). Customers who wish to use these services during the mentioned period may experience temporary interruptions.
Raiffeisen Bank also says that POS credit card transactions will be under maintenance during the same period (January 24, 23:00 – January 25, 05:00). However, online and ATM credit card transactions are reported to be fully functional and will not be affected by the outages.

During this time window, customers may experience limitations in accessing digital services, but Raiffeisen Bank assures them that the technical team will work to minimize the impact on users.
According to official information, there are also services without planned interruptions, including online credit card transactions and credit card ATM transactions. Also, Raiffeisen Smart Market and Raiffeisen Mobile/Online applications for corporate clients remain operational without any scheduled maintenance sessions.
Raiffeisen Bank emphasizes that these maintenance intervals are intended to ensure a high level of security and efficiency for all banking services.
