Just one day from iOS release 6.0.1, those from Chitika did a graph in which he presents the adoption rate of the new version of the operating system for iDevices. According to Chitika, 7.5% of iDevices have already updated to iOS 6.0.1 and we are talking here about over 10 million terminals running this version of iOS. Comparing with iOS 5.1.1, it took a whole week for that version of iOS to reach an adoption rate of 12%, so in the case of iOS 6.0.1 we are talking about a very high adoption rate.
The rush to update to iOS 6.0.1 is probably due to the fact that this version of iOS solves many of the problems that iOS 6 had and in the following days the 7.5% could double.
